As a Realtor, I wanted to provide my potential clients with a tool to help them in their purchasing process. I developed a tool to assist me with your process. This questionnaire will help us work as a team and maintain fluidity in our relationship. Too many times I have seen clients that are all over the board with their budget, size of home, and the priority of their needs. I'm hoping this will help spearhead the process for you and in turn help main line the properties that I should be showing you, as my client. I cherish the Realtor-Client relationship and want to serve you to the best of my ability. -Brooke 563.590.8521 email@example.com or check out my website https://www.brookekeepitrealestatedbq.com/
Want to begin a new business enterprise? I have options for you!
Tip 3 Secure a trustworthy lender to back your real estate transaction. This is another situation where it pays to shop around. Just because a certain institution has the lowest rate does not guarantee customer service or how your loan will be handled in the future. Ask about any special programs that may benefit you. I try to stress to my clients that you may be qualified up to a certain amount but keep in mind life style. You DO NOT want to be house broke.
What is a buyer's agent…and do they really work for ‘free’!?
Every week I will be writing a post regarding the buying or selling process. The posts will cover basics and items that need more in depth coverage. I will begin with home buyer tips and then get into the selling process down the road. Feel free to comment or ask a question.
As a Realtor, I would like to extend my expertise out to anyone who has any questions regarding the real estate process. Each week, I plan to cover a topic, issue or keyword that pertains to home buying, selling, contract negotiating, etc. I wanted to reach out in the social media realm to invite anyone with questions to message me publicly or privately. -A question unasked is a questions that benefits no one.
